Limestone Trough

This large antique limestone trough is from southern France; carved from one piece of stone, the inside is divided into 3 sinks. As an appreciated antique limestone trough, originally placed outside social buildings to allow for their horses (the transportation at the time) to have a small rest, drink, and wait tethered to the trough until their owner returned. Its still serviceable as a water trough, but could also be incorporated as a garden feature or water feature, such as a cascading fountain build.
